This little painting is beautiful, there are so many colors in it ...it just makes you happy to look at it.
This style/technique of painting is called a "bloom".
It requires several steps to achieve the final look.
This was the first time I attempted a bloom and it turned out perfect (that doesn't happen very often with me!)
